Using the wrong method on the wrong surface can strip paint, crack tiles or force water into places it shouldn't go. We assess the surface before we touch it.

Yes, when it's done right. Render and painted surfaces need soft washing rather than high pressure. If someone turns up with a standard pressure washer and blasts render at full pressure, they can damage the surface or push water into the wall cavity. We know the difference and adjust our method accordingly.
